Revive Mamma
Revive Mamma is a specialist postnatal assessment following vaginal or caesarean birth. It offers females who have given birth a comprehensive check up of the pelvic floor, core and postural stability muscles.
It also includes physiotherapy screening for bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunctions. Following this we will tailor an individualised treatment plan for you.
Revive Mamma is suitable for anyone who has given birth regardless of how long ago.

Revive Menopause
Revive Menopause is a comprehensive assessment designed for those who are peri-menopausal through to post-menopausal. It includes a detailed assessment of bladder and bowel function and an assessment of the pelvic floor muscles.
It also includes a personalised exercise and wellbeing plan tailored to your specific needs.
75 minutes - £80
Revive Man
Revive Man is a specially designed assessment for men due to undergo a prostatectomy. It includes two 1-hour sessions (pre op and post op) to prepare the body and pelvic floor prior to surgery and restore and rehabilitate following surgery.
It also includes physiotherapy screening for bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunctions. Following this we will tailor an individualised treatment plan for you.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please try to give us as much notice as possible. Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full cost of the session fee.
Chaperones
Revive Pelvic Health and Pilates is committed to always providing a safe and professional environment. If you would like a formal chaperone to be present, please inform us prior to your appointment. You can read more about Revives chaperone policy here.
You are welcome to bring an informal chaperone, such as an adult family member or friend, along to your appointment if you wish.
