My goal is to improve the lives of people affected by pelvic health conditions and I am passionate in providing the highest quality care. Since graduating in 2008 with a BSC (hons) in Physiotherapy I have worked as a highly specialised physiotherapist in both the NHS and Private practice. I continue to split my time working at Revive and within the NHS as a specialist Pelvic Health Physio.

My aim is to improve your health and well being by combining expert knowledge, experiences, evidence-based treatments, and empowerment to help you improve your symptoms and regain your independence.

In addition to Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, I am a qualified Pilates teacher with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute. Pilates can be a great addition to your rehabilitation programme, and I offer a range of Physio Led Pilates classes as well as 1:1 sessions.
